Dr. Marshall at the White House: Act Now Summit

In line with the Commission on the Social Status of Black Men and Boys mission to address the critical issues affecting black men and boys, it was a great honor to attend the Act Now Summit at the National Press Club in Washington, D.C. with like-minded organizations and individuals dedicated to our mission. The event brought together the insights and expertise of a collective who addressed disparities across healthcare, education, housing, employment, and criminal justice. The summit will featured in-depth presentations from organizations that specialize in these areas, as well as open discussions among audience members. The dialogue was thought-provoking and created a space to foster strategic partnerships to positively impact our communities serving Black Men and Boys.
